Small Business Saturday
November 28th is "Small Business Saturday" and we will be open from 9am to Noon. We have a great selection of beef and pork. We also have chicken, chicken pieces and eggs. We have MAPLE SYRUP from Weller's Sugarbush in Wittenburg, Wisconsin. We carry half pint, pint and quart sizes of delicious local syrup. We have a complete list of everything available on our products page.

Broth, Stock and Bone Broth
The weather is getting cooler outside and now is a great time to make stock for soups, gravy, stews, sauces and even just a hot drink on a cold day! We have all the meat to make your stock great! Beef soup bones, beef joints, marrow bones, oxtail, chickens, chicken feet, pork shanks...we have it all. We are open every Saturday from 9am to Noon. We also have lots of other cuts available (bacon anyone???) and there is a list of everything in stock on our products page.

Hogs Available
We have hogs available for our July 9th butcher date. If you are interested please send us an email or give a call to reserve your today. All of our contact info can be found on the "Contact Us" page of our website. If you have questions about the butcher process, please check out the "Bulk Orders" page on the site. We just picked up our latest batch of pastured chickens. We have whole, 8pc. cut-up and pieces. We have whole breasts-two per pack, drumsticks-eight per pack, thighs-four per pack, wings-12 per pack and one pound packs of giblets.

Chickens and Pigs
Our new batch of chickens will be available at the end of the month. We will have whole, 8 piece cut-up and individual pieces available. We are currently taking reservations for bulk amounts. If you would like to place a reservation for chickens, we require $5.00 per bird.
We are also taking reservations for hogs. We have some available immediately and more will be ready in June/July. We require a $50.00 deposit to reserve a hog and they are available in half or whole quantities.

Rain or Shine
Rain or shine, we are open every Saturday from 9am to Noon. We currently have a great selection of pork as well as beef chucks roasts, ground beef, summer sausage and a few other cuts. We also have chickens and eggs for sale. Check out our products page for a complete list of everything available.
We are currently working hard in our fields to get everything planted and ready to grow. Our new batch of chickens is heading out to pasture and will be ready in about 5 weeks. All this rain has been a good start for our pasture and new seedings. We are looking forward to some warmth and sunshine to really kick things into high gear. As always, if you have any questions about the farm or how we do things, ask and we will show you!
