We are picking p the majority of the meat we had butchered and it will be available for sale tomorrow during our regular store hours. We still have to pick up the smoked and items and sausages next week and they will be available next Saturday. Please take a look at the product page to see what we will have in stock. We scheduled a butcher date for June 16 so we will have a lot more beef and pork available soon. It takes about a week to get the fresh cuts back and then another week to get the smoked items. I will update the product page when we pick up the first batch of meat so you know what is available. We should be butchering regularly through the summer so hopefully we won't run out like this again. Thanks for you patience and we look forward to filling your freezers!
