Looking to fill your freezers with delicious R-Farm Beef, Pork or Chicken? By purchasing your meat in bulk you can have all your favorite R-Farm cuts available whenever you need them. Beef is available by the whole, half or quarter, Pork is available by the whole or half and chickens can be purchased in quantities of five or more for a special discounted rate. We butcher beef and pork throughout the year and chickens in the warmer months. We require a $50 deposit per animal for beef and pork to be added to our list. For chickens we require a $5 deposit per bird with a minimum quantity of five birds and you receive $.10 OFF per pound.

*Prices for Chickens include processing. Beef and Pork require and additional processing cost paid directly to the processor, Northern Trails Meats, paid at time of pick-up.
How It Works
When you are ready to place your order just give us a call, send an email or talk to us at our regular store hours, Saturdays from 9am to Noon. We require a $50 deposit per animal on beef and pork. When you place your order, we need your contact information(name and address,) we will give you a time frame for your order and add you to our list. When we have a butcher date scheduled, we will contact you to verify contact information and answer any questions you may have.
For chickens we will send out an email to any customers we have on file and also make a post on Facebook with an impending butcher date. You can also contact us directly. To place your order, we need your contact information and a $5 deposit per bird. We will discuss a pick-up time when you place your order.
All of our beef and pork are processed at Northern Trails Meats in Watertown, WI. We recommend looking at their website before you place your order so you can get an idea of the options available for processing.
Our chickens are processed at Twin City Pack, in Clinton, WI. We have whole birds and 8pc cut-up birds available.
We have been using both of these processors for many years and would love to answer any questions you have about the butchering process.
