The weather is getting cooler outside and now is a great time to make stock for soups, gravy, stews, sauces and even just a hot drink on a cold day! We have all the meat to make your stock great! Beef soup bones, beef joints, marrow bones, oxtail, chickens, chicken feet, pork shanks...we have it all. We are open every Saturday from 9am to Noon. We also have lots of other cuts available (bacon anyone???) and there is a list of everything in stock on our products page.
