We will be picking up a steer and hog that we had butchered so we will have a much bigger selection of meat this Saturday. Please be sure to check out our products page to see what we will have in stock. I will update it on Friday after we pick up the meat. As usual, the fresh cuts will be this week and the smoked items will be available next Saturday. If you have any questions please email or call us.
Also, we have several pigs still available for this winter. They are ready to go anytime in February or March so if you are interested in purchasing a half or whole hog let us know.
